The Metro's burners have dual heads - an inner and outer ring of flame to maintain precise and uniform temperatures from a maximum of 15,500 BTU down to 450 BTU for a true simmer. You have the option of a grill that takes the pleasure of indoor barbecuing to the extreme. Our designers created a burner system that keeps smoke to a bare minimum while maximizing flavor and aroma. There are two burners - each with an independent control for an impressive range of power from as high as 7,500 BTU to as low as 1,000 BTU per burner. Make one steak well-done on the back burner at a high temperature as you sear a rare fillet at a low termperature on the front. Parts are easy to remove and clean - 100% porcelain coated and dishwasher safe. The grill burners also feature automatic flame re-ignition. Easy cleanup features include removable porcelain coated grill pit, drain pan and grill.
