Dual Heads Are Better Than One
Only Heartland has a burner system like this and it literally runs rings around the competition. Because the Legacy's burners have dual heads - an inner and outer ring of flame to maintain precise and uniform termperatures from a maximum of 15,500 BTU down to 450 BTU for a true simmer. While other manufacturers promise this extra low setting, few deliver with the consistency of a Heartland. The inner ring of the Legacy burner delivers a constant flame at 450 BTU.
